We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, with a cozy and comfy room that ensured we had a great night's sleep. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the village, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast items could benefit from a wider variety, especially healthier options.

Very central location near to all the pubs restaurants, shops and centre, the centre, shops and eateries, and attractions within 5 minutes walking distance, thoroughly enjoyed it. Furthermore, very close to the town center...

I ate at a lovely restaurant for dinner.

Arriving was a mess-no one to greet us despite waiting ages. The heating didn't work either, making our room unbearably hot. It felt empty and uninviting. Hygiene was questionable too; stained bedding was just the cherry on top. Total letdown.

The broadlands is charming. We loved having our own front door to the beautiful junior suite. The separate living room was perfect, and the breakfast each morning was lovely. The parking facility was also a great bonus, even with the small fee.

The beautiful junior suite was like havin our own little place and the separate livin room was super nice. Breakfast was lovely too, especially the fluffy omelettes. Plus, the parking was easy to deal with even tho it was £10, totally worth it!
the shower was a bit tricky, and there were some squeaky noises from the headboard at night.

It was just a good match for short visits in Bourton-on-the-Water with all in all great value for money. Had a great stay with attentive staff, who even carried our luggage down the steep stairs. Make sure to ask for fresh towels upon arrival to avoid any hiccups.
